Tips on Meals
The In Harmony with the Planets program does not limit us in our eating, it only shows how it is possible to harmonize each food with the planet of a particular day by choosing its shape, texture or seasoning.

MONDAY - the day of the MOON - MOONDAY, MONDAY, MONTAG, LUNES, LUNDI
- pastel colors
- juicy and milky dishes

TUESDAY - the day of MARS - MARDI
- the color red dominates
- roasted, fried dishes
- elongated, spear-shaped form
- red meats, who can eat it, bloodily

WEDNESDAY - the day of MERCURY - MERCREDI
- very motley and the color blue dominate
- mainly salads and dishes of fast food restaurants
- tiny pieces
- mainly plants with a healing effect, everything which is a carminative or a diuretic

- the day of big eaters, everything is possible

When we adjust our menu to the energies of the particular day, our soul comes into harmony with the Universe, and somehow we experience the feeling of satisfaction even when we are having challenges in our everyday life.
One cannot think of this system as some restricting decree, quite the contrary, when we know the nature of the energies of the planets, we receive endless freedom in how to prepare our dishes.
Who wants to, can eat for example coated fried cheese even every day, but then let it be triangular on Monday, elongated on Tuesday, tiny on Wednesday, large on Thursday with uneven, rough edges, ball-shaped on Friday, square on Saturday and round on Sunday.
The diversity of texture
Egg
Monday: boiled, since the shape itself symbolizes fertility, and mixed in the form of egg-cream
Tuesday: scrambled eggs with onions, and if possible, with hot sausages
Wednesday: in a soup prepared by thickening, or as a filler in a Chinese sweet-sour soup, grated into it
Thursday: mayonnaise eggs, or fried egg-coated slices of bread
Friday: foam of beaten egg whites and mixed egg yolks with sugar, meringue
Saturday: raw or soft-boiled egg
Sunday: fried eggs, ham-and-eggs or scrambled eggs
Potato
Monday: mashed potato, extremely dense potato-pottage
Tuesday: chips (i.e. French fries) or steak potato, mashed potato with onion and paprika
Wednesday: parsley potato, crisps
Thursday: potato with cream or mayonnaise, French folk course: potato fried on goose fat
Friday: Duchess potatoes, whole cooked potato of the tiny type – because of its ball shape
Saturday: potato boiled in its peel or without, potato baked in its peel
Sunday: potato-rösti
According to tastes
Spaghetti
Monday: with cheese - salty
Tuesday: with ham, with much black pepper, and with pepper - hot
Wednesday: with cabbage or dill-yogurt sauce - sour
Thursday: with cream – concentrated, fatty
Friday: with jam and walnut – sweet
Saturday: with spinach – bitter
Sunday: with orange - acerbic
